I thought it was good. In light of reviews mentioning it was a bit bland, added soy sauce & sesame oil to the mix for the vegetables & shrimp. Added broccoli to vegetables, did not add red peppers. Served over ramen noodles.

I used a yellow onion, a red bell pepper, a parsnip and a carrot with the shrimp. I seasoned it all with olive oil and Imperfect Foods Seasoning For All The Things. After I pulled it out of the oven, I squirted juice from half a lime over everything. It took about 12 minutes for the shrimp to be cooked through, which is longer than the recipe says.

Recipe made using the recommendations of sesame oil, soy sauce, & red pepper flakes. We still found this recipe very bland. we added more at the table and still bland. The pasta on the bottom did not work for us either as there was minimal sauce for the pasta. I will opt to not make this one again.

I added broccoli and carrots (as shown in the photo), but by the time the shrimp was done the broccoli was charred. Will make again, but will add the shrimp earlier and spray the pan first as well.
