The flavors in this recipe are amazing! I'm giving it 3 stars because I feel that the instructions weren't clear. I didn't know to cover the dish while it's cooking, so the rice never fully cooked. We had crunchy rice! If the instructions were clearer & the rice had been tender, this would get 5 stars.
