Deviled Chicken Thighs Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 bone-in chicken thighs (about 2 pounds), skin removed
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 medium scallions
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, cubed
