  • 1 pound boneless pork loin, cut into thin strips

  • 4 (3-ounce) packages pork-flavored instant ramen noodles
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 3 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces

Directions

  1. Set your electric pressure cooker to the Saut function. Heat the sesame oil in the pot.
  2. Add the pork strips and saut for about 5 minutes, or until the edges are browned.
  3. Press "Cancel" to stop the Saut function. Use a slotted spoon to remove the pork and set it aside, leaving the sesame oil in the pot.
