Ingredients

This recipe defied all expectations! I made this tonight for my family. I prepped the green onions, mushrooms, asparagus and chicken before I started cooking which helped as once I got rolling things progressed quickly. I made this recipe last night for dinner and my family loved it. I will definitely make it again. I would even serve it for company. If you put all the measured ingredients into individual bowls, it is really easy to make. My son liked it so much he asked if we could make it with beef and put it on egg noodles like beef stroganoff.

My husband and I loved this. I made a few changes because of what I had on hand. Chicken thighs instead of tenders and broccoli instead of asparagus otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. It was very easy and quick to make. I will definitely be making this again next time I'll try the asparagus.

This was a delicious recipe. I decided to use chicken thighs rather than tenders because I needed to use them up, and naturally it took longer to make, but it was easy. Oh, and I added onion. Using tenders, this will be a quick meal to prepare and worthy of serving to company. Definitely making it again.
