Blueberry Dutch Baby Recipe

- 3 large eggs
- cup whole milk
- cup white sugar
- teaspoon vanilla extract
- cup all-purpose flour
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- cup blueberries
- Confectioners' sugar for dusting
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425F (220C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually whisk the dry ingredients into the egg mixture until the batter is smooth.
- In an 8-inch cast iron skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
- Pour the batter into the skillet and sprinkle the blueberries evenly over the top.
- Bake the Dutch baby in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it has puffed up and turned golden brown.
- Remove the skillet from the oven, dust the Dutch baby with confectioners' sugar, and serve immediately.
