Asian Sugar Snap Pea Appetizer Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 pound sugar snap peas, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons garlic-flavored olive oil
- cup low sodium soy sauce
- teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 drops chili oil
- teaspoon packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
- Preheat the oven broiler, and adjust the oven rack to the top position.
- Place the snap peas on a baking sheet, drizzle with garlic-flavored olive oil, and toss to evenly coat.
- Spread the snap peas in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Broil the snap peas in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until they are tender.
- While the peas are broiling, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, brown sugar, and toasted sesame seeds in a large mixing bowl.
- Once the snap peas are done, remove them from the oven and immediately toss them with the prepared sauce.
