Poor Man's Sandwich Recipe
Peanut Butter & Pickle Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 6 slices dill pickle
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
Directions
- Spread the peanut butter evenly onto one slice of bread.
- Top the peanut butter with dill pickle slices and finely chopped onion.
- On the remaining slice of bread, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise.
- Place the mayonnaise-covered slice of bread on top of the other to complete the sandwich.
