Peanut Butter & Pickle Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 6 slices dill pickle
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Spread the peanut butter evenly onto one slice of bread.
  2. Top the peanut butter with dill pickle slices and finely chopped onion.
  3. On the remaining slice of bread, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise.
  4. Place the mayonnaise-covered slice of bread on top of the other to complete the sandwich.
