I cooked chicken in crockpot until I could shred it for substituting the sausage. I blend the baby spinach and sundried tomato’s 8 cups of water, then add better then bouillon at step 4. At step 5 I add whipping cream, cream cheese, Parmesan. I also added turmeric and ginger at step 4 for help with chronic pain and nausea. To the owner of this recipe thank you. These notes are for myself to remember how I changed it. I am on a soft food diet along with family member need diet for their health as well.

Marry me now before I get fat from eating this soup haha. I'm going to try to make it by eliminating the cream cheese and switching out the heavy cream to a can of coconut milk. Keeping the Parmesan.

Your '15' minute prep time is a bit optimistic but the end result was delicious. I'm sure there are numerous tweaks that could be made here but the recipe as listed is a winner. A favor please.
