  • 2 ounces kielbasa sausage, sliced thin
  • small onion, slivered
  • 3 leaves kale, rinsed and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Follow these simple steps to prepare your dish:

  1. In a saucepan, add the canned cannellini beans, crushed garlic, sliced kielbasa sausage, slivered onion, and kale. Add just enough water to cover the ingredients.
  2. Season with 2 teaspoons of chopped parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper according to taste.
