- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- cup brown sugar
- 2 limes, juiced

I never would have imagined that squeezing fresh lime juice into barbecue sauce could elevate the flavor so much! We absolutely loved this recipe. My husband thought the sauce was a bit too sweet for his liking, despite me calling it Pork Chops in a SWEET Barbecue Sauce. I'll definitely be making this again, taking into account the recommendation from another reviewer to use less brown sugar.

Delicious but a bit chewy. Might give it another shot in the future, just not right away.
