Regular Chicken Soup Recipe

Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients:

  • 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 8 cups water
  • 10 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 6 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 8 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 1 (12 ounce) package uncooked egg noodles

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, bring the chicken to a boil. Cook until tender and no longer pink. Drain the chicken and dice it into small pieces.
  2. Return the diced chicken to the saucepan. Add the water, carrots, celery, onion, chicken bouillon cubes, and egg noodles.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil again, stirring occasionally. Let it cook for approximately 15 minutes until the noodles are tender.
  4. Lower the heat and let the soup simmer for at least 2 hours, allowing all the flavors to meld together.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
