We all really enjoyed the flavor of this-even my non loving chicken guy. The only change I made was to double the veggies. Also according to the pictures you should add the flour in when the leeks and mushrooms are cooked. Definitely a keeper!! I may even try a pie crust on the bottom so it's easier to serve.
