Three Bean Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef frankfurters, sliced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pork and beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can butter beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans, drained
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • cup brown sugar
  • teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F (175C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced frankfurters, pork and beans, butter beans, chili beans, chopped onion, brown sugar, dried oregano, and vinegar. Stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake uncovered for 1 hour, or until the dish is fully cooked through and bubbling.
