Our Favorite Most Amazing Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados - halved, pitted, and peeled
  • 1 lime
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, or to taste
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced, or to taste
  • teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
  • 1 pinch ground multi-colored peppercorns, or to taste

Directions

  1. Place avocados in a medium bowl and squeeze in lime juice.
  2. Add tomatoes, shallot, cilantro, garlic, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  3. Mash the mixture with an immersion blender or a sturdy fork until the avocado is mashed and the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Stir gently to mix everything together, and serve immediately.

Cook's Note

You can use 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder instead of fresh garlic, if preferred.
