Clam Sauce with Linguine Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package linguine pasta
- cup butter
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 (6.5 ounce) cans chopped clams with juice
- cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- teaspoon ground white pepper
- cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the linguine pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta cooks, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sliced mushrooms, sauting until the mushrooms are golden brown.
