  • 2 (9 ounce) packages fresh linguine pasta
  • cup butter
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • pound imitation crabmeat
  • pound cooked salad shrimp
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add linguine and cook until tender yet firm to the bite, about 3 minutes.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saut for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  4. Add the imitation crabmeat, cooked shrimp, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until everything is heated through.
  5. Once the linguine is ready, drain it and transfer it to a serving platter.
  6. Pour the seafood sauce over the linguine and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
