Easy Shrimp Dinner Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 3 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 3 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • cup chopped green onion
  • cup soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • cup cornstarch
  • cup cold water
  • 12 ounces trimmed snow peas
  • 4 small ripe tomatoes, diced

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Once the water is boiling, dissolve the chicken bouillon cubes into the water.
  3. Add the shrimp, chopped green onion, soy sauce, and salt to the saucepan. Boil for 3 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in cold water. Stir this mixture into the shrimp and broth mixture.
  5. Continue cooking until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add the diced tomatoes and trimmed snow peas to the saucepan. Stir to combine and heat through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
