Easy Shrimp Dinner Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 3 cubes chicken bouillon
- 3 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- cup chopped green onion
- cup soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- cup cornstarch
- cup cold water
- 12 ounces trimmed snow peas
- 4 small ripe tomatoes, diced
Directions
- In a large saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once the water is boiling, dissolve the chicken bouillon cubes into the water.
- Add the shrimp, chopped green onion, soy sauce, and salt to the saucepan. Boil for 3 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in cold water. Stir this mixture into the shrimp and broth mixture.
- Continue cooking until the sauce thickens.
- Add the diced tomatoes and trimmed snow peas to the saucepan. Stir to combine and heat through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
