Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1: Gather all ingredients and set them aside to ensure everything is ready.

Step 2: Preheat your oven to 375F (190C).

Step 3: Roll out the crescent roll dough onto a 9x13-inch baking sheet. Pinch the edges together to form the crust.

Step 4: Bake the dough in the preheated oven for 12 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Once finished, remove from the oven and allow it to cool for about 15 minutes on the baking sheet.

Step 5: In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and dry Ranch dressing mix. Stir well until smooth.

Step 6: Once the crust has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface.

Step 7: Top the cream cheese layer with the chopped broccoli, tomatoes, green bell pepper, cauliflower, shredded carrots, and Cheddar cheese. Distribute the vegetables evenly across the surface.

Step 8: Chill the dish in the refrigerator for 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the dish to set.

Step 9: After chilling, slice the dish into servings and serve chilled.
