Instant Pot® Quinoa Recipe

Quinoa in Instant Pot

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup quinoa, rinsed and drained

Directions:

  1. Combine water and quinoa in a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot); mix well.
  2. Close and lock the lid; set the pressure release valve to the sealing position.
  3. Press the Steam button twice and set the timer for 5 minutes.
  4. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
  5. Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to the manufacturer's instructions (about 5 minutes).
  6. Unlock and remove the lid.
