Baked Ranch Tilapia Burgers Recipe

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup unseasoned dry breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoons dry ranch seasoning mix, or to taste
- 2 (4 ounce) tilapia fillets
- 2 hamburger buns, split
- cup shredded lettuce, or to taste
Directions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350F (175C). Spread olive oil evenly over a baking sheet.
Step 2: In a bowl, beat the egg. In another bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and ranch seasoning mix.
Step 3: Dip the tilapia fillets into the egg, ensuring they are fully coated. Then, remove them and coat them thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
Step 4: Place the breaded tilapia fillets onto the prepared baking sheet.
Step 5: Bake the fillets in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Step 6: Once baked, assemble the tilapia fillets on the hamburger buns and top with shredded lettuce.
