Ingredients:

  • 3 large cloves garlic, minced

  • teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper

Directions:

The dish had an overwhelming amount of garlic. I would suggest reducing the amount by half.

I substituted rosemary with oregano, basil, and thyme in this recipe, and it turned out absolutely delicious! The perfect balance of oil and vinegar made it even better. My husband also really enjoyed it, so that's definitely a win in my book.

This recipe didn't meet my expectations. The strong flavors of Balsamic Vinegar and garlic overshadowed the dish. If I were to prepare it again, I would definitely reduce the amounts of both ingredients.
