A-Plus Italian Olive Oil Balsamic Bread Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
- 3 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper
Directions:
Step 1: In a shallow bowl, combine the garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, rosemary, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Arrange the ingredients in that order for the best flavor integration.
Step 2: Mix the ingredients well, allowing the garlic to infuse into the oil and vinegar for a minute or two.
Step 3: To serve, simply spoon a small amount of the mixture onto your bread or desired dish. Enjoy this delicious and aromatic dressing.

The dish had an overwhelming amount of garlic. I would suggest reducing the amount by half.

I substituted rosemary with oregano, basil, and thyme in this recipe, and it turned out absolutely delicious! The perfect balance of oil and vinegar made it even better. My husband also really enjoyed it, so that's definitely a win in my book.

This recipe didn't meet my expectations. The strong flavors of Balsamic Vinegar and garlic overshadowed the dish. If I were to prepare it again, I would definitely reduce the amounts of both ingredients.
