I wish I didn't have to be the first one to give some constructive criticism, but we definitely need to increase the amount of eggs (and maybe add a bit more milk) and bacon in this recipe. As it is written, all I could taste were the soft bagels and cheese. It turned out too dry when baked in my 8x8 Pyrex dish. The only change I made was doubling the amount of cream cheese to 4 oz. Did we enjoy it? Yes. However, I believe this recipe has the potential to be so much better! I might give it another try and experiment with it because I absolutely adore Everything Bagels! I see this as a great foundation to build upon. Happy to have discovered this recipe!
