Very straight-forward. Prep time @ 10 minutes is too short. Took me half hour. I used a 12” non-stick skillet. After compete I moved off-heat and put a lid on the pan to keep warm while side dish finished up. Suggest rice and a cherry tomato/red onion/cucumber/salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and olive oil. A hit with dinner guest. Highly recommended.

I liked being to easily use only one pan. I decided at add some garlic mashed to use up some potatoes and spread the cream across both. Used half the cream and added 1% milk.
