This grape salad is absolutely delicious! I mix red and green grapes for a beautiful combination. Allowing it to chill overnight and adding the nuts just before serving really makes all the flavors come together perfectly!

After reading the reviews and discovering that the original recipe yielded more than 8 servings, I adjusted it to make just 2 servings. I used a total of 2 1/2 cups of green and purple grapes. The recipe failed to mention that the cream cheese needed to be softened at room temperature. To ensure it blended well with the sour cream, I let it sit out. After refrigerating for 5 hours, I topped it with a sprinkle of brown sugar, diced walnuts, and almonds. It was a tasty twist on using up leftover grapes, but I found my green grapes to be too tart and may opt for all purple grapes next time. *UPDATE* I added a bit more brown sugar and refrigerated it overnight—much improved flavor the next day!

I had an abundance of grapes leftover from a church event and was seeking creative ways to incorporate them. I swapped out sugar for Splenda and opted for non-fat plain Greek yogurt in place of sour cream. The end result was fantastic – I absolutely adored it!

I used only 2 lbs of grapes, which was half the amount suggested, and the result was perfect with just the right amount of dressing. I would definitely recommend using it as a dip.
