I absolutely love this chocolate cake - it's rich, not overly sweet, dense, and simply delicious. I like to enhance the flavor by adding a teaspoon of cinnamon and fresh nutmeg to the flour. If you encounter any difficulty removing the cake from the pan, a helpful tip is to allow it to cool completely and then briefly reheat it in a hot oven for a few minutes. This trick causes the metal pan to expand, allowing the cake to release easily.

I followed the recipe instructions and adjusted the batter quantity by removing about 1 cup, based on other reviewers' feedback. I used a new 9.5-inch Bundt pan and encountered no issues. While I haven't tasted it yet, the cake looks absolutely fantastic. I will provide an update once we try it.

Did not turn out as expected. Maybe there should have been other baking ingredients besides the small amount of baking powder? I will attempt to transform it into biscotti.
