I used 2 cups of baby spinach I had frozen as well as golden flax seeds instead of the chia. I couldn't taste the spinach or the kale...mostly peanut butter and banana. I did add 2 packets of Truvia as a personal preference for more sweetness. It made a breakfast that I felt was nutritious and healthy, and it was a beautiful shade of green and tasted good!

This is my favorite, go to breakfast smoothie! I use 2 cups of spinach/kale mix, 1 cup almond/oat milk, 1 fresh banana, a few tablespoons of peanut butter powder, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and a few ice cubes that I throw in at the end with the banana. If I’m treating myself, I will use real peanut butter or add some honey! Quick and delicious.

This was so delicious!! My substitutes: flax seed instead of chia. I added mct oil (2 tablespoons) and added 1 packet of truvia. Again wow! You can't taste the kale or spinach 😋

I did 1C each spinach and Kale, 1C unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk, some frozen pineapple, a packet of trader Joe's organic Apple/banana puree, 1T of flaxseed meal, 1T of chia seeds. It's yummy 😋 might have to do this every morning now instead of scrambled eggs. Will see how that goes.

This smoothie tasted really good I substituted 2 table spoons of strawberry Activia yogurt instead of the banana. I love it.

I changed it up a bit and made this a pre-workout protein smoothie by adding Almond/Coconut Milk, Protein Power, Almond Butter, Half of a Green Apple, Tablespoon of Greek Yogurt, and a drop of Peppermint Oil. Super Yummy!

This is my go to breakfast Mon-Fri. I omit the banana and add a couple scoops of vanilla protein powder, and 1/2cup oatmeal, to use as a post workout smoothie. Delicious!

Delicious. But it's a bit thick, even after adding an extra half cup of amond milk.

I made it with chard, kale and spinach. I used 1/2 a banana with five pieces of chopped carrots. 1-Spoonful of Almond butter (unsalted and unsweetened). Pinch of coconut (unsweetened Trader Joe’s). 1-cup of Almond milk (unsweetened Vanilla). It was delicious and low calories.

I did make some changes like: I used regular milk, and I just used a whole regular banana, and I added 1 tablespoon of sugar....and I LOVE it!!!!!

First off, I drink "green" smoothies all the time - im a bit of a nutribullet addict. No sweeteners, tons of greens, good, clean eating. Its a taste I've come to know and love. I used 2 packed cups of baby kale/spinach/chard mix that I had on hand. Also I added flax & chia. And I swapped out the regular PB for powdered PB, all the taste and only 45 cal, 1.5 g fat in 2 T. It was creamy and delicious, but I think the chard added some unnecessary bite to it.

I hate that I know what’s in it. It’s not terrible by any means. Decent taste. I don’t wanna eat all that I made but want the nutrients. It would’ve been better with a frozen banana. I wonder if it would keep if I wanted to do half one day and half another.

It was very tasty. I added vanilla flavored protein powder and mini chocolate chips as I had already made frozen bananas with peanut butter and chocolate chips.

Loved it, didn't think I would. I just used almond butter instead. Thanks for the good smoothie

I give this recipe 3 stars because it did not look very appealing. I also recommend to use a lot more peanut butter so you can look forward to something.

Very good, but if you’re going for a more green flavor use less peanut butter
