Directions

It recommends lightly greasing 8 12 oz broiler-safe ramekins and setting the oven racks with one rack in the center and another 6" from the top broiler. I estimate that around 12 cups of ingredients are needed to fill the ramekins, but it's just a rough guess. I hope this information is helpful.
