Mexi Corn Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can yellow and white corn, drained
- 1 (11 ounce) can Mexican-style corn, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles, drained
- 1 teaspoon adobo seasoning
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Mexican cheese blend
Directions
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow and white corn, Mexican-style corn, sour cream, mayonnaise, green onion, diced green chiles, adobo seasoning, seasoned salt, chili powder, and minced garlic.
Step 2: Stir all ingredients together until evenly mixed and well combined.
Step 3: Add the shredded Mexican cheese blend to the mixture and stir once more until the cheese is fully incorporated.
Step 4: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the mixture for at least 8 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together.
