Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix
- 1 head fresh broccoli, chopped
- 3 roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375F (190C) and lightly grease a medium-sized baking sheet.
- Step 2: Unroll the crescent roll dough and arrange it in 4 rectangles on the baking sheet. Ensure the edges of the dough are pressed together to form a cohesive base.

This dish was a big hit at our family Christmas party last night. The only issue we found was that the topping didn't stay in place. To remedy this next time, I would suggest mixing the cream cheese mixture, cheddar cheese, broccoli, and tomato together (keeping some broccoli and tomato aside), spreading it on the baked crescent rolls, and then adding the reserved broccoli and tomato on top for a more visually appealing presentation.

I enhanced the dish by incorporating carrots and green pepper! For those who prefer less saltiness, I recommend using only half of the ranch dressing packet. Be sure to drain the vegetables to prevent the crust from becoming soggy!

Absolutely fantastic! I decided to make mine as one large sheet instead of cutting it into squares, and used white cheddar cheese and cherry tomatoes. The result was still fantastic.
