I'm giving this recipe five stars because it's so easy to follow. If you're a fan of buffalo chicken dip and mushrooms, you're in for a treat. Surprisingly, it turned out even better than I anticipated. I swapped out the dressing for blue cheese crumbles and baked it in the oven until the cheddar cheese was nicely browned. I did have to crank up the oven to 400°F to achieve that perfect brown. I will absolutely be making this again. It's a fantastic option for a low-carb dinner. Many thanks for sharing this recipe!

Delicious! I purchased both portobello tops and stuffed mushrooms, and both were fantastic. The portobello provided a rich, earthy flavor that complemented the savory chicken filling perfectly. Oh, and I also doubled the recipe!

I purchased 6 portobello mushrooms and thought that if there was any leftover mixture, my husband could use it for fajitas. I stuck to the recipe as instructed, but I diced the chicken instead. The quantity was just right for the mushrooms. My husband enjoyed it. I will certainly be making this dish again.
