Nacho Pizza Recipe

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (12 inch) parbaked thin pizza crust
  • 5 tablespoons queso dip
  • 1 cup shredded aged Cheddar cheese
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 4 green onions, diced
  • 4 tablespoons salsa
  • cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream, or to taste

Directions

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 450F (230C).

Step 2: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Step 3: Stir in the taco seasoning mix until the beef is evenly coated. Set the mixture aside.

Step 4: Place the parbaked pizza crust on a clean work surface.

Step 5: Spread the queso dip evenly over the surface of the pizza crust.

Step 6: Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese on top of the queso dip.

Step 7: Add the cooked beef mixture on top of the cheese.

Step 8: Scatter the minced jalapeno pepper and diced green onions over the pizza.

Step 9: Spoon the salsa in random spots across the pizza, ensuring it doesn't mix in with the other toppings.

Step 10: Sprinkle the crushed tortilla chips over the top of the pizza.

Step 11: Bake the pizza in the preheated oven directly on the middle oven rack for about 8 minutes, or until the cheese is hot and melted.

Step 12: Remove the pizza from the oven and serve with sour cream on the side.
