I don’t own a mini muffin pan, my fault. A bit too spicy. 🌶️ could be the jalapeños used. We used 6 tots per muffin cup. Made more of a disk. Other than that they were good 👍🏻

I made mine in a pan that was in- between a mini and normal sized muffin cup. This was perfect. The mini cup had too much potato to filling in my opinion. They were best eaten as soon as they cool enough to eat. They were still good later but less crispy. I made some milder by ommiting the garnish. Will definitely make again!

We did 4 tots instead of 3 and it created a much better " cup" filling filled in great and it was delicious! Kids added sour cream but it was good even without. This was a cool Friday night dinner but could definitely see doing for a finger food for a party! Will make again for sure 😃
