Waffles with White Chocolate Magic Shell and Ice Cream

Ingredients
- For the Waffles:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- teaspoon salt
- cup warm milk
- cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the White Chocolate Magic Shell:
- 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- For the Fillings:
- 2 tablespoons multicolored candy sprinkles (or to taste)
- 3 cups strawberry ice cream
- 1 cup raspberry sherbet
Directions
Step 1: Preheat and grease a standard round waffle iron.
Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine the warm milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract, then mix them into the flour mixture just until the batter becomes smooth.
Step 3: Scoop cup of the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions, usually for about 2 to 4 minutes.
Step 4: Once the waffle is cooked, remove it immediately from the waffle iron. Drape the waffle over a rolling pin to form a taco shape. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
Step 5: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped white chocolate and coconut oil. Heat in the microwave for about 1 minute, stirring until the mixture is smooth and melted. Whisk well to combine.
