Waffles with White Chocolate Magic Shell and Ice Cream

This indulgent dessert features a crispy waffle shell filled with creamy strawberry ice cream and raspberry sherbet, topped with a rich white chocolate magic shell and colorful sprinkles. Perfect for a fun and delicious treat!

Ingredients

  • For the Waffles:
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 2 tablespoons white sugar
    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    • teaspoon salt
    • cup warm milk
    • cup butter, melted
    • 1 egg
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the White Chocolate Magic Shell:
    • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
    • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • For the Fillings:
    • 2 tablespoons multicolored candy sprinkles (or to taste)
    • 3 cups strawberry ice cream
    • 1 cup raspberry sherbet

Directions

Step 1: Preheat and grease a standard round waffle iron.

Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine the warm milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract, then mix them into the flour mixture just until the batter becomes smooth.

Step 3: Scoop cup of the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions, usually for about 2 to 4 minutes.

Step 4: Once the waffle is cooked, remove it immediately from the waffle iron. Drape the waffle over a rolling pin to form a taco shape. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
