I have made this twice now and it’s so good! I doubled the cinnamon in the batter the second time I made it and liked it even more :) Be sure to let it cool so the bars can set or else you’ll be eating pudding (still delicious though)

Didn't have any cream of tartar on hand so I substituted 1/2 tsp baking soda with 1 tsp of plain vinegar. The recipe doesn't require any eggs. These came out great.

My family loved these! They were gobbled up in 1 day. This is the perfect way to use up that one random, overripe banana I always seem to have. I made the recipe exactly as directed.
