Awesome Broccoli Marinara Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, basil, and olive oil
- 1 pound broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped garlic and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly until fragrant.
- Pour in the diced tomatoes with their juices, and let them simmer until the liquid reduces by about half.
- Place the broccoli florets on top of the tomatoes. Season with a little salt and pepper.
- Cover the skillet and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender, ensuring not to overcook it. The broccoli should remain a vibrant green.
