Zucchini Baby Food Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 large organic zucchini, cubed

Directions
- Gather the cubed zucchini.
- Place the zucchini in a saucepan and cover it with water.
- Bring to a boil and cook until the zucchini is very soft, about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Drain the zucchini well.
- Transfer the zucchini to a blender or food processor and pure until smooth.
- Let the pure cool completely before serving.
Make Ahead
To prepare in advance, fill an ice cube tray with the zucchini pure and freeze until solid, about 2 hours. Once frozen, store the cubes in a freezer bag. When ready to use, defrost in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30 seconds until thawed.
