Easy Indian-Style Okra Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 pound sliced fresh okra
- teaspoon ground cumin
- teaspoon ground ginger
- teaspoon ground coriander
- teaspoon ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add the chopped onion and cook until it becomes tender.
- Stir in the sliced okra along with the ground cumin, ground ginger, ground coriander, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to coat the ingredients evenly.
- Continue to cook and stir for a few minutes until the okra starts to soften.
- Lower the heat to medium-low and cover the skillet. Let it cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the okra is tender and fully cooked.
