Recipe for Ham and Turkey Sandwich with Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 2 thick slices of leftover roast turkey
  • cup mashed potatoes (or as needed)
  • 4 slices of bread
Directions

Step 1: Place the ham, turkey, and mashed potatoes on a microwave-safe plate. Heat them in the microwave until warm, about 2 minutes.

Step 2: Lay out two slices of bread. On each slice, place 4 slices of ham.

Step 3: Take the remaining two slices of bread and place one slice of turkey on each.

Step 4: Spread half of the mashed potatoes on top of each turkey slice.

Step 5: Place the slices of turkey bread on top of the ham bread to form sandwiches.
