Here is the revised version of the review: I prepare this drink in a blender bottle for convenience. Mixing it well before drinking ensures that I get all the benefits of the cinnamon. I eyeball the amount of lemon, squeezing half an organic lemon into a cup of warm water. I add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of cinnamon. The honey is added without measuring, just a squirt of organic, raw honey into the bottle. Swirling before sipping helps eliminate any chalky taste from the cinnamon. I have this drink before bed and it helped me recover from a nasty cold in just a day and a half! It's definitely going to be a regular part of my daily routine.

I struggled to shake off a cold, but this tea worked wonders (I believe). I incorporated this tea into my morning routine on an empty stomach, and surprisingly, I found the flavor quite tolerable - I actually enjoy it. It has a savory quality to it that appeals to me. I use a reusable straw to keep the ingredients well-mixed while sipping, or sometimes I use a spoon to stir it almost every sip. I highly recommend using BRAGG brand organic unfiltered Apple cider vinegar as it enhances the taste. I also prefer using organic, mild, flavorful lemons (Meyer Brand) and organic honey - consider trying orange blossom honey if possible. Everyone's taste is unique. Interestingly, I've noticed a decrease in my cravings for sweets after drinking this tea. I've found myself eating smaller portions throughout the day. While I'm not claiming significant weight loss, personally, I have shed a few pounds since making this tea a part of my daily routine. Additionally, I appreciate the calming and satisfying feeling in my gut after starting my day with this tea.

I decided to give this a try out of curiosity, as the idea of tea made with Apple cider vinegar seemed so unusual. Surprisingly, it was delightfully tangy and soothing for my sore throat. For my second attempt, I made a couple of tweaks: 1) I discovered that ground cinnamon doesn't dissolve in water, so I opted to use a cinnamon stick instead while heating the water. 2) I added an additional teaspoon of honey to balance out the tanginess, as it was a bit strong for my taste. The revised version with these adjustments turned out to be much better.

Here is the rewritten review: After trying out the process for a few days, we found that mixing cinnamon can be a bit tricky. Our preferred method now is to mix the cinnamon with honey first until it's smooth, then add the other ingredients to warm water in a glass jar and shake well. We make sure to shake the jar again before drinking each time.

I brew this tea whenever I feel under the weather or have a sore throat. It's a fantastic remedy that uplifts me, and the vinegar gently tingles the throat, providing soothing relief. I like to enhance it with a teaspoon of ginger and sometimes a sprinkle of cayenne for an added punch.

I substituted a cinnamon stick for ground cinnamon and used 2 tablespoons of honey instead of one. The result was delicious, reminiscent of a tangy apple pie in tea form.
