Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • Ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large pot, combine the cubed potatoes, chopped onion, celery pieces, beef broth, chicken broth, and water. Set the pot over medium heat.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Let it cook for about 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Once the potatoes are tender, stir in the sliced kielbasa sausage and the condensed cream of chicken soup. Continue to simmer until the soup is heated through and slightly thickened.
  4. Season the soup with ground black pepper to taste, and stir to combine.
