Creamy Kielbasa and Potato Soup Recipe

This comforting Kielbasa Soup is a perfect meal for cozy nights. With a delicious mix of potatoes, sausage, and savory broth, it's a hearty and satisfying dish that will warm you from the inside out.
Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- Ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a large pot, combine the cubed potatoes, chopped onion, celery pieces, beef broth, chicken broth, and water. Set the pot over medium heat.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Let it cook for about 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Once the potatoes are tender, stir in the sliced kielbasa sausage and the condensed cream of chicken soup. Continue to simmer until the soup is heated through and slightly thickened.
- Season the soup with ground black pepper to taste, and stir to combine.
