Cream Cheese Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup brown sugar
- cup Dijon mustard
- cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450F (230C).
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and saut until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cream cheese until it is fully melted and the mixture becomes smooth. Remove the skillet from the heat.
- Using a meat mallet, pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, ensuring they are thin and ready for rolling.
