Soy and Garlic Marinated Chicken Recipe
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Directions
- In a large, nonporous bowl, combine the soy sauce and minced garlic.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and turn to coat them evenly in the marinade.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, allowing the chicken to marinate.
- Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Once the grill is ready, place the marinated chicken on the preheated grate.
- Grill the chicken for about 10 to 15 minutes per side, or until the center is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
- Use an instant-read thermometer to check the internal temperature; it should read at least 165F (74C).
- Once cooked, discard the marinade and serve the chicken hot.
