Soy and Garlic Marinated Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Directions

  1. In a large, nonporous bowl, combine the soy sauce and minced garlic.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and turn to coat them evenly in the marinade.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, allowing the chicken to marinate.
  4. Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  5. Once the grill is ready, place the marinated chicken on the preheated grate.
  6. Grill the chicken for about 10 to 15 minutes per side, or until the center is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
  7. Use an instant-read thermometer to check the internal temperature; it should read at least 165F (74C).
  8. Once cooked, discard the marinade and serve the chicken hot.
