Shrimp Scampi Bake Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 pounds medium raw shrimp, shelled, deveined, with tails attached
- 1 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 450F (230C).
- In a small saucepan, combine butter, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped garlic, and parsley. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the butter has completely melted. Once melted, remove the saucepan from heat.
- Arrange the raw shrimp in a shallow baking dish in a single layer.
- Pour the prepared butter mixture evenly over the shrimp, making sure each shrimp is coated with the flavorful sauce.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Once done, remove the dish from the oven and serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
