I prepared this dish using my Instant Pot on the sauté setting, placing a steamer basket with a spacer underneath. After one sauté cycle to heat the beer, I added diced garlic and crushed red pepper to enhance the flavor. I then split the lobster tails, seasoned them with Old Bay seasoning, and did one more sauté cycle until they were perfectly cooked. To serve, I melted butter with lemon and paired the lobster with corn and long-grain rice. The end result was not only delicious but also surprisingly simple to make.

Absolutely delicious outcome! Without a steamer basket, I improvised by using a stock pot with tin foil balls at the bottom and a heat safe dish on top. Placing the lobster tails in the dish and following the recipe instructions, I added a whole beer due to this technique. I prepared garlic-infused drawn butter for dipping. My husband and I were both left wanting more! Definitely a recipe worth keeping!

Absolutely loved this recipe! I made a small tweak by substituting beer with sparkling apple cider that was leftover from Christmas. As for the dipping sauce, I combined 1 cube of butter, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 4 finely minced garlic cloves, 1/2 teaspoon of parsley, and 1/2 teaspoon of dill, then simmered until the garlic turned soft. The result was absolutely delicious!

This meal was absolutely amazing! I used half a can of Keystone light, minced four cloves of garlic, and added some Old Bay seasoning to the beer. After steaming the lobster tails for about 9 minutes (I used 8-ounce tails), the results were outstanding. The flavor was so delicious that adding butter was unnecessary. I usually don't enjoy lobster, but this dish turned out incredibly moist, flavorful, tender, and just perfect. I plan to try the same recipe with crab legs next time. My wife was initially skeptical due to past failed attempts at lobster tails (either undercooked, overcooked, or with off flavors), but she was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I served this with steamed asparagus and a Parmesan potato crusted filet mignon. It was a perfect combination!

I decided not to split the lobster since the tails were very small and I expected them to cook quickly. They turned out moist and delicious! Next time, I'll experiment with adding more seasonings to the beer. The dish was already good on its own, but I can imagine that additional seasonings would only enhance the flavor of this recipe.

This lobster paired with beer is absolutely amazing! Despite the meat on it, I thoroughly enjoy the lobster itself too.
