On the Go Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- pound hot sausage, fried and drained
- cup sliced black olives
- cup sliced green olives
- 1 cup whole kernel corn
- 1 cup chopped stewed tomatoes
- cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup cubed Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked white rice
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350F (175C).
- In a 2-quart casserole dish, combine the sausage, black olives, green olives, corn, tomatoes, mushrooms, cheese, and rice.
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 350F (175C).
