Rewritten review: I was craving heat with a burst of flavor, so I swapped out ketchup for sweet chili sauce and hot sauce for Sriracha. I began with half a cup of chili sauce and adjusted the Sriracha to my liking. This dish will definitely become a regular favorite. Many thanks, Johanes.
