Grilled Yams Recipe

Ingredients
- Olive oil-flavored cooking spray
- 1 large yam, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
Directions
- Preheat the grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Coat the yam slices with cooking spray and season with salt.
- Arrange the yam slices on the grill grate crosswise to prevent them from falling through.
- Grill the slices for 10 to 12 minutes per side, until they are tender and glazed.
- Serve the grilled yam slices with a dollop of butter on top.
