Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- cup milk
- teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower combination
- teaspoon dried parsley
- teaspoon dried marjoram
- teaspoon dried basil
- cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced potatoes to the pan and cook, stirring frequently, until they are tender and crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the cubed chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
