Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • cup milk
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower combination
  • teaspoon dried parsley
  • teaspoon dried marjoram
  • teaspoon dried basil
  • cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced potatoes to the pan and cook, stirring frequently, until they are tender and crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cubed chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
