Super Grouper Recipe

Ingredients

  • cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • teaspoon dried parsley
  • teaspoon garlic salt
  • teaspoon ground white pepper
  • teaspoon paprika, divided
  • 2 pounds grouper fillets
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F (175C). Line a broiler pan with aluminum foil.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and lemon juice.
  3. Brush 2 tablespoons of the butter mixture onto the prepared pan.
  4. In another small bowl, mix together parsley, garlic salt, white pepper, and 1/8 teaspoon paprika.
  5. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the grouper fillets and place them on the prepared pan.
  6. Bake the fillets in the preheated oven until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 10 minutes.
  7. Once the fillets are done, brush them with the remaining lemon butter mixture and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the top.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining 1/8 teaspoon of paprika on top before serving.
