Super Grouper Recipe

Ingredients
- cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- teaspoon dried parsley
- teaspoon garlic salt
- teaspoon ground white pepper
- teaspoon paprika, divided
- 2 pounds grouper fillets
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350F (175C). Line a broiler pan with aluminum foil.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and lemon juice.
- Brush 2 tablespoons of the butter mixture onto the prepared pan.
- In another small bowl, mix together parsley, garlic salt, white pepper, and 1/8 teaspoon paprika.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the grouper fillets and place them on the prepared pan.
- Bake the fillets in the preheated oven until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 10 minutes.
- Once the fillets are done, brush them with the remaining lemon butter mixture and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/8 teaspoon of paprika on top before serving.
